One day we stopped to investigate an old gas station in hopes of finding some cover to flip.  The property was cleaned up, unfortunately, but we did stumble across on old cistern full of water, with something wiggling around inside it.  Ken made a grab with his snake tongs and pulled out a small alligator!  What was that doing here?  There was no pond, river or swamp anywhere close by.  We took pictures and had some fun posing with the little gator, and then figured that the best place for this little guy was right where we found him.
