More often than not I find them in small rills and around spring-fed seeps along the bluffs that make up the Shawnee Escarpment.

A questionable
Life List record; the clamitans found in southern Illinois are
probably an intergrade between the Green and Bronze frogs. Many have
the green colors and dark markings of the Green Frog; just as many are a
bronzy-brown color, some with dark markings, others with hardly any at
all.
More often than not I find them in small rills and around spring-fed seeps along the bluffs that make up the Shawnee Escarpment. |
