Upland Chorus Frog
Pseudacris triseriata feriarum

I've yet to see a feriarum anywhere near water.  Usually I run across them in moist woodlands far from any permanent body of water.   Most are a pleasant brown color like the one pictured, and the dark stripe from the snout through the eye is a dead giveaway.
