A handful of Fer de Lance turned up on my Peruvian adventure.  We were warned not to move around the field station at night without proper footwear (rubber boots), since B. atrox were regular visitors after dark.  Sure enough, one was spotted just after dusk one night, cutting a straight path across the cleared compound.
